Hayden M. Hoggard – Project Manager

Hayden is a seasoned engineer and project manager with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the water and wastewater industry. With a strong background in both design and construction, Hayden greatly enhances the proficiency of our exceptional team.

Prior to joining RH Price, Hayden dedicated over eight years as a design engineer, amassing a diverse portfolio of expertise. This includes comprehensive involvement in various water distribution, wastewater collection, water treatment, and wastewater treatment projects in multiple states in the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest regions.

Throughout that period, Hayden assumed multiple roles, including that of a project manager. In this capacity, Hayden successfully led the completion of studies, evaluations, and final designs for a wide array of projects. These projects were delivered through traditional design-bid-build approaches, as well as alternative delivery methods such as Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) and Progressive Design Build.

At RH Price, Hayden’s expertise comes to fruition in the strategic planning of the construction phase of projects. Hayden effectively communicates with key stakeholders, including municipal officials, regulators, engineers, and property owners, to build strong partnerships with clients and the public that we serve. With a keen eye on project financials, Hayden manages project budgets and resources. Working with construction teams, Hayden helps complete projects with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and adherence to applicable permits and regulations.

Moreover, Hayden continues to leverage his skills to cultivate robust partnerships with our clients by assisting them produce designs that are not only conceptually sound but also practical and achievable during the construction phase.
