Todd Smith

Todd is a site superintendent with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Todd has made it a point to balance quality, safety, speed, and value on the projects he oversees – always making sure that work is being executed in the most professional manner possible, and always in compliance with local, regional, and national codes and regulations.

In his day-to-day work, Todd provides an additional level of quality control and leadership for project crews working on sites under his supervision. His typical duties include managing the daily operations of the crew, job and trench safety, confined space entry, scheduling equipment operations and maintenance, material ordering, quality control, coordinating with inspectors and property owners, testing, traffic control, job schedule, supervising subcontractors, and proper operation of equipment.
