Scope of Work
This major sanitary sewer interceptor project is being constructed in two phases. The base bid extends from Rocky River Road to Wolf Meadow Creek, while the bid alternate continues from Wolf Meadow Creek to approximately Coddle Creek Drive SW.
The project includes more than 29,000 linear feet of large-diameter sanitary sewer installation ranging from 30-inch to 60-inch pipe, utilizing fiberglass, ductile iron, and trenchless construction methods. Work also includes construction of three cast-in-place concrete diversion structures, 118 sanitary sewer manholes, a trenchless crossing beneath Roberta Road (SR-1304), and 21 stream crossings.
In addition to new interceptor construction, the project includes rehabilitation of existing sewer infrastructure, including cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and manhole rehabilitation.
